Thank you for choosing our golf cart rental service. We understand that sometimes, unforeseen circumstances can arise, and you may need to cancel your reservation.

 

Please read our cancellation policy carefully before making your reservation.

 

General Policy:

 

• Self pickup is by appointment only

• There is a 72-hour cancellation policy for all rentals.

• Any cancellations made more than 72 hours prior to the rental start time will receive a full refund of the rental fees.

• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 72 hours of the rental start time, including for weather conditions.

• No refunds for returning the golf cart(s) early. 

 

Weddings and Events:

• Please note that there are no cancellations or refunds for weddings and events.

• Once a reservation is made for a wedding or event, the rental fees are non-refundable, even if the event is canceled or rescheduled.
